I am a biological oceanographer at the Norwegian Polar Institute, Tromsø, Norway.

​

My research focuses on phytoplankton and the biogeochemical cycle of carbon of polar oceans. I investigate these questions by using field observations, autnomous platforms, satellite data as well as 1D and 3D models.
